- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆same here. lived at madison address for one year only. they had a lawyer call me cussing at me to pay a ridiculous amount for new carpet which was filthy when we moved in. wanted $4000. i told their lawyer to kiss my ass. they had no proof and do this to people just in hopes to have them give more money for nothing. the ladies in the office are so old they have no clue whats even going on. horrible place to rent from. stay away from here.By anthony nolen, January 23, 2018
